Orders can be placed online and will be confirmed by electronic mail. The confimation email does not guarantee that your order can be met. You will be contacted by telephone or by email if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in despatch and you will be refunded accordingly. All items on the website are subject to availability.
Prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds and are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges.
Illustrations of products are for guidance only, colour variation may occur depending on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. We reserve the right to supply an item which may not be identical to the image supplied but could still be identified as the item.
You will receive an email to confirm that your order has been despatched. Upon despatch, the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have informed you that your order cannot be met, or you have requested a cancellation of your order. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on despatch of the goods.
Payment
Payment when ordering online can be made using:
Electron, Mastercard Business, Mastercard Corporate, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Purchasing, Maestro, UK Maestro, Solo, Visa Business, Visa Corporate, Visa Credit, Visa Delta, Visa Maestro, Visa Purchasing.
If payment is made online using a debit or a credit card, the payment can only be accepted once we have received confirmation from your bank that our account has been credited. When paying by cheque, payment is understood to have been received by us when we have been notified by your bank that the cheque has cleared.
To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted so as to minimise the risk of your details being accessed by an unauthorised individual as they are sent to us over the Internet.
We reserve the right to refuse an order where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
Delivery
Most orders will be despatched within 24 hours of your placing an order but some may be despatched up to 7 days after receipt. You will be informed should any additional delay occur and will be given the opportunity to cancel or amend your order.
We use Royal Mail or other reputable couriers where appropriate.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the stated time on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Carrier actions which are beyond our control. Please contact us at info@travelstock.co.uk if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the Carrier.
We check all packages prior to despatch and take care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition. In the event that you receive goods which are damaged or faulty, please email info@travelstock.co.uk. We will issue you with instructions on how to return the goods to us. You will be required to package the goods carefully prior to returning them. When returning defective goods, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We check all products returned to us and if we do not find the item to be faulty, we reserve the right to return it to you and you will be liable for postal charges. We will not refund any postage costs on a product we do not consider to be faulty.
